Italy recovered from a two-goal deficit to earn a 2-2 draw against Brazil, in an International friendly match in Geneva on Thursday.
Brazil took the lead in the 33rd minute when Fred arrived in space at the back post and controlled his volley past Italian custodian Gianluigi Buffon.
Brazil then doubled their lead with a stunning counter-attack which was finished off by Oscar in the 42nd minute.
In the 54th minute, Daniele De Rossi managed to pull a goal back from an El Shaarawy corner, and Mario Balotelli curled an unstoppable shot past Julio Cesar to level the score in the 57th minute.
Italy were dominant with Balotelli playing a leading role while Brazil were clearly being outplayed despite leading 2-0 in the first half.
Brazil brought Kaka on for the last 20 minutes but he struggled to make an impact and Brazil had to settle for a 2-2 draw on Thursday.
