Liverpool beat Swansea City 5-0 in English Premier League which ended a five-match winless run for Brendan Rodgers side.
In the first half, Captain Steven Gerrard opened the scoring converting a penalty in the 34th minute.
New signing Philippe Coutinho marked his first start by scoring the second goal at Anfield in the 46th minute.
After the break Jose Enrique, Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge scored for the Reds in the 50th, 56th and 71st minute respectively.
This marked Liverpool’s first win over a top-10 side all season and lifted the team above Swansea into seventh place and gave manager Brendan Rodgers a resounding victory against his former team.
